Responsibilities:
Main Responsibilities
-
To act as the “Hub” for candidates and the wider business to provide a high quality and timely administrative service, in an environment where each interaction matters.

Supporting with the delivery of recruitment requirements within agreed timelines.

Candidate management with regular contact with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle, including video calls for document verification.
-
All relevant administrative processes to be completed with a high level of accuracy and efficiency at all times.

Ensuring identity and eligibility to work documents are produced by all candidates and verified prior to making an offer of employment, data entry.

Maintaining the recruitment database, ensuring it remains up to date and adheres to GDPR regulations to support periodic auditing for compliance.

Probity – Processing background checks such as Adverse Credit, Criminal Checks and Employment History checks.

Building and developing positive and useful relationships with a range of internal stakeholders, including Training, HR Admin, Operational Managers and other recruitment team members, across South Africa, United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.

End to end auditing of internal employee files

Providing regular reports and updates to relevant stakeholders
