You will support customers with a range of queries, including billing, deliveries, refunds, and returns, using your problem solving skills to find the right outcome every time.
Working as a Customer Service Advisor, you will be part of a supportive and collaborative team where you can develop your skills and grow your confidence. With full training and ongoing support, you will be equipped to deliver the high standard of service that customers expect from a globally recognised brand.
Our typical shift pattern involves: 40 hours within the week, between 10am - 1am (SA time) weekdays and 10am- 10pm weekends, on a rotational basis.
Please note. This position is based at our Gardens site, in Cape Town.

Your role can include, but isn’t limited to:
- Provide excellent customer service through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with queries related to products, orders, deliveries, returns, and refunds.
- Demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism while handling customer queries and complaints.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively while adhering to Clarks policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing personalized assistance.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve team targets.
