Full Job Description

Portfolio Manager – Sectional Title & HOA

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and professional Portfolio Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong relationships, and has a solid understanding of sectional title and homeowners' association management.

As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential communities, ensuring excellent service delivery, sound financial management, and compliance with relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of Sectional Title schemes and Homeowners' Associations (HOAs)
Prepare, monitor, and manage annual budgets
Attend and facilitate AGM, SGM, trustee, and committee meetings
Build and maintain positive relationships with trustees, owners, and service providers
Resolve disputes professionally and effectively
Ensure compliance with the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act, HOA constitutions, and other relevant legislation
Oversee maintenance, contractor performance, and general administration of assigned portfolios
Prepare management reports and communicate effectively with all stakeholders

Requirements

Minimum 3 years' experience managing residential complexes, sectional title schemes, or HOAs
Strong knowledge of Sectional Title and HOA management
Sound financial understanding, including budgeting and financial reporting
Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
Strong organisational, administrative, and time management abilities
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Valid driver's licence
Own reliable vehicle and transport (essential)
