Brand Manager Vacancy
Position Overview: The Brand Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the organization's brand strategy to strengthen brand equity, drive sustainable business growth, and enhance customer engagement. This role ensures consistent brand positioning across all customer touchpoints by leading marketing initiatives, managing brand performance, leveraging consumer insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver commercial objectives.
Job Description:
Brand Strategy Development
- Develop and implement brand strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market analysis, define brand positioning, and establish annual brand plans.
Brand Planning & Execution
- Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, events, and traditional channels.
Product & Brand Portfolio Management
- Manage the lifecycle of products/services within the brand portfolio, including launches, refreshes, and discontinuations.
Marketing Communications
- Oversee development of advertising, promotional materials, and brand messaging to ensure consistency across all channels.
Budget Management
- Prepare, monitor, and control marketing and brand budgets. Evaluate return on investment (ROI) for campaigns and initiatives.
Agency & Supplier Management
- Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, designers, printers, and other suppliers.
- Evaluate performance and negotiate contracts.
Market Research & Consumer Insights
- Develop digital content calendars and create engaging posts, videos, graphics, blogs, stories, reels, and other multimedia content in collaboration with internal teams.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or National Diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Public Relations, or a related field.
Minimum Experience:
- 3–5 years' experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related role.
- Ability to develop long-term brand strategies aligned to business objectives
- Strong capability to interpret market data and translate insights into actions
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
