ABOUT ZIBUKE ONCALL

Zibuke OnCall is a growing appliance repair subscription service based in South Africa. We collect broken home appliances from customers, repair them at our workshop, and deliver them back working perfectly. Our subscription plans start from R259 per month and cover fridges, washing machines, TVs, ovens, and more.

We are expanding our sales teams nationally and are looking for Sales Managers to lead this growth.

THE ROLE

We are hiring a Sales Manager to lead a team of 5 Sales Representatives and 1 to 3 interns. You will be responsible for coaching, training, and managing your team to achieve monthly sales targets. You will work closely with your team members, conducting ride-alongs, providing feedback, and ensuring consistent performance.

No prior management experience is required. If you are a natural leader who enjoys helping people succeed, we will train you and support you in this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead, coach, and manage a team of 5 Sales Representatives

Supervise and mentor 1 to 3 interns completing workplace experience

Conduct regular ride-alongs with team members to provide hands-on coaching

Monitor individual and team performance against monthly targets

Ensure team members follow company quality standards and processes

Conduct weekly team meetings and performance reviews

Report team performance to senior management

Resolve customer escalations and team challenges

WHO CAN APPLY

This role is open to anyone who meets the following:

You are a South African resident with valid identification

You are fluent in English and at least one other South African language

You have strong people skills and enjoy helping others succeed

You are self-motivated and able to work independently

You are available to work Wednesday to Sunday schedule

You have a reliable internet connection for remote work

You are willing to travel occasionally for team meetings

Previous sales or management experience is an advantage but not a requirement. We provide full training and ongoing support.

COMPENSATION

Basic Salary: R16,000 per month (guaranteed)

Performance Bonuses: Monthly bonuses based on team sales performance

Bonus Structure:

- Silver Package sales: R50 per additional sale above target

- Gold Package sales: R90 per additional sale above target

- Platinum Package sales: R150 per additional sale above target

Expected Monthly Earnings: R16,000 to R21,000+ depending on team performance

Additional bonuses available for intern team performance

WORKING HOURS

Wednesday to Sunday: 9 hours per day

Monday and Tuesday: Days off

Remote position with occasional in-person team meetings
