Position Overview
We're currently seeking driven, personable individuals to join our team as Appointment Setters. In this role, you'll reach out to restaurant owners and operators across South Florida to introduce our marketing solutions and arrange meetings with qualified prospects for our sales department.
Our company works with restaurants to increase visibility and revenue through social media management, influencer partnerships, and digital marketing strategies. Your primary responsibility will be initiating conversations, identifying interested business owners, and scheduling appointments. Once a meeting is booked, our sales team takes over.
We are accepting applications for both full-time and part-time remote positions. Candidates who are confident communicators, goal-oriented, and eager to grow within a company are encouraged to apply. Pay & Benefits
- Earn $300 USD for every booked appointment that results in a new client agreement

Key Duties
- Conduct outbound outreach to restaurants and other businesses using company CRM tools
- Communicate professionally with owners, managers, and key decision-makers
- Present our marketing services in a compelling and easy-to-understand manner
- Coordinate and schedule appointments through Google Calendar
- Follow up on inbound inquiries and leads promptly
- Keep CRM records updated with accurate notes and communication history
- Nurture prospects through consistent follow-up to increase appointment-setting success
Qualifications
- Experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, cold calling, customer outreach, or sales is beneficial but not required
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Comfortable handling a high volume of outbound calls
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Familiarity with CRM platforms is an advantage
- Dependable internet access and a suitable remote work environment
