Full Job Description

FLOW SYNC (PTY) LTD t/a NOCULAR DATA IS HIRING SOUTH AFRICAN COMMISSION-BASED SALES AGENTS

We are looking for experienced South African sales agents to join Nocular Data on an independent, commission-based basis.

This is a performance-based opportunity.

This is not a basic-salary role.

This is not for beginners.

Do not apply if you do not have real sales experience.

About Nocular Data

Nocular Data helps businesses improve how they generate revenue, manage customers, access funding, and build stronger operating systems.

Our work includes:

Business funding referral and support
AI automation consulting
CRM setup and workflow automation
Website and business system setup
Customer support automation
Sales process automation
Operational infrastructure consulting

We work with business owners and decision-makers who need better systems, better sales processes, and access to practical business support.

The Role

We need high-level sales executors who are comfortable working through the full sales process.

You must be able to handle:

Prospecting
Cold outreach
Lead qualification
Appointment setting
Discovery conversations
Objection handling
Follow-up
Closing support
CRM updates
Client handover
Document collection where required

This is not a role where you wait for leads to be handed to you.

You need to be comfortable creating opportunities, managing your own pipeline, and following up until there is a clear outcome.

Compensation

This is commission-based.

You earn when successful deals are completed and Nocular Data receives payment from the relevant client or funding partner.

No basic salary is offered for this opportunity.

Commission details will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.

Who Should Apply

Apply only if you have:

Proven sales experience
Experience speaking to business owners, managers, or decision-makers
Confidence with outbound sales
Strong follow-up discipline
The ability to work independently
Comfort with performance-based earning
The ability to update a CRM or sales tracker properly
Strong communication skills
A serious attitude toward targets and execution

Experience in B2B sales, business funding, finance, insurance, telecoms, SaaS, real estate, lead generation, appointment setting, or closing will be an advantage.
