About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer with strong experience in Telecom BSS to join our team at Tecnotree. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on expertise in testing BSS applications, ensuring product quality, and collaborating closely with development and product teams. This role is open strictly to candidates currently based in South Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute functional, regression, and integration testing for BSS applications
Create, review, and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test reports
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements
Identify, document, and track defects
Participate in release cycles and ensure high-quality deliverables
Required Skills & Experience:
3–6 years of experience as a QA/Test Engineer
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Telecom BSS
Understanding of CRM, Billing, Charging, Order Management, or related modules
Experience with test management and defect-tracking tools
Good analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Nice to Have:
Automation testing exposure
Experience with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger, etc.)
