Full Job Description

Are you highly organised, proactive, and able to stay one step ahead? We are looking for a reliable and professional Personal Assistant to provide dedicated administrative and personal support to management.

This role requires someone who can manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and ensure the smooth day-to-day coordination of both business and occasional personal tasks. If you're a natural problem-solver who enjoys keeping things organised and running efficiently, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the manager's diary, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule.
Screen phone calls, emails, and correspondence, responding or redirecting where appropriate.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure all relevant documentation is available.
Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents.
Handle general administrative tasks and provide day-to-day support to management.
Assist with purchase orders (POs) and other departmental administrative processes.
Support recruitment activities for the manager's department when required.
Run occasional business-related errands and assist with administrative or personal requests as needed.
Maintain accurate records and ensure all confidential information is handled with discretion.
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders in a professional manner.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in an administrative role is advantageous but not essential.
Excellent organisational, planning, and time management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritise competing deadlines.
A proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Valid Code 8 driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
Ability to work independently while supporting a busy manager.

Monday to Friday
08:00 – 17:00

This is a full-time, office-based position.

Salary

R6,000 – R14,000 per month

Pay: R6 000,00 - R14 000,00 per month
