This role requires someone who can manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and ensure the smooth day-to-day coordination of both business and occasional personal tasks. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the manager's diary, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule.
- Screen phone calls, emails, and correspondence, responding or redirecting where appropriate.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure all relevant documentation is available.
- Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents.
- Handle general administrative tasks and provide day-to-day support to management.
- Assist with purchase orders (POs) and other departmental administrative processes.
- Support recruitment activities for the manager's department when required.
- Run occasional business-related errands and assist with administrative or personal requests as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all confidential information is handled with discretion.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in an administrative role is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent organisational, planning, and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise competing deadlines.
- A proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Valid Code 8 driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Ability to work independently while supporting a busy manager.

This is a full-time, office-based position.
Salary
R6,000 – R14,000 per month
