Full Job Description

Are you an organised, detail-oriented individual who enjoys keeping things running smoothly? We are looking for a motivated Administrator to join our team and provide essential support across our day-to-day operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or grow their administrative career. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have strong communication skills, and take pride in staying organised, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring they receive a friendly and professional experience.
Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage team calendars.
Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
Assist with general office administration and day-to-day operational tasks.
Handle requests and enquiries efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
Perform basic data capturing and bookkeeping duties when required.
Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to work.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Previous administrative experience is advantageous but not required—full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday
08:00 – 17:00

This is a full-time, office-based position.

Salary

R5,300 – R7,000 per month

Pay: R5 300,00 - R7 000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Benoni, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
