Full Job Description

We are looking for an outgoing and professional Showroom Coordinator to join our team in Boksburg. This is an entry-level position with growth potential for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organised, and handling a variety of administrative tasks.

No previous experience is required — personality, communication skills, and willingness to learn are most important.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls and assist walk-in customers
Manage WhatsApp and email enquiries
Create and update customer contacts on the CRM system
Assign leads and enquiries to the relevant sales staff
Keep the CRM system updated with accurate customer information
Keep the showroom presentable and welcoming
Assist with general administrative duties
Support scheduling and coordination tasks
Assist with recruitment administration and CV screening as the role develops
Assist with installation planning and coordination over time

Requirements

Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality
Strong communication skills
Well presented and professional
Basic computer literacy
Organised and able to multitask
Reliable and punctual
Ability to work weekends according to a roster schedule
Must be based in or near Boksburg

Working Hours

45-hour work week
Weekend work required according to roster
