1. Strong understanding of IT support frameworks, including SLA‑driven support, escalation models, and root cause analysis
2. Solid knowledge of end‑user computing environments and how IT enables business productivity
3. Good understanding of cybersecurity principles, access governance, MFA, and endpoint protection concepts
4. Working knowledge of network concepts including IP addressing, VLANs, switches, Wi‑Fi, and connectivity troubleshooting
5. Understanding of IT asset lifecycle management and its linkage to financial and operational controls
6. Knowledge of backup, monitoring, and disaster recovery concepts and their role in business continuity
7. Understanding of IT governance principles, SOP adherence, and controlled change execution
8. Awareness of data protection, confidentiality, and ethical responsibilities in IT environments
