We are looking for an experienced Aluminium Sales & Projects Consultant to join our growing team. This role is suited to a candidate who is already fully trained and experienced within the aluminium windows and doors industry.

The successful candidate must be capable of handling the full process from client interaction and costing through to project coordination and site issue resolution. Training will only be provided on our internal company systems and processes.

Please note that the successful candidate may be based at either our Bardene, Boksburg showroom or our Benoni factory depending on operational requirements, therefore reliable transport and a valid driver’s licence are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Assist walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and email clients
Cost and design aluminium windows and doors using Starfront
Prepare accurate quotations and project estimates
Manage projects from quotation stage through to installation completion
Coordinate with production and installation teams
Handle site queries, measurements, and project-related issues
Maintain strong customer relationships and communication throughout projects
Ensure customer and project information is kept accurate and up to date
Meet sales, costing, and project deadlines
Travel to sites when required to assess project scope, assist with complicated or large projects, and help resolve on-site issues or damage control situations

Requirements

Previous experience in the aluminium windows and doors industry is essential
Proficient in Starfront costing and design software
Strong understanding of aluminium systems, products, and processes
Experience managing projects and dealing with site-related issues
Strong sales and customer service ability
Ability to work independently and under pressure
High attention to detail and accuracy
Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport essential
Well-presented and professional

Working Hours

45-hour work week
May include weekends and public holidays when required
