ole Overview

An established Alberton-based law firm is looking for a reliable Centre Administrator to support its debt collection call centre.

The role is responsible for maintaining accurate debtor and client records, supporting call-centre management, coordinating administrative processes and ensuring that reporting, correspondence and filing remain under control.

Key Responsibilities

Provide daily administrative support to the Call Centre Manager.
Capture, verify and update debtor and client information.
Maintain accurate records on the collections management system.
Manage email correspondence and administrative client queries.
Prepare basic reports and supporting documentation.
Maintain electronic filing and document-control systems.
Assist with printing, scanning, filing and recordkeeping.
Coordinate information requests from clients and internal teams.
Support agents with administrative follow-ups.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with internal procedures.

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12.
At least two years’ administrative experience.
Debt collection experience is essential.
Previous call-centre experience is preferred.
Medical accounts or medical debt-collection experience will be advantageous.
Excalibur experience will be advantageous.
Good Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Professional telephone and email manner.
Able to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
Reliable transport and the ability to work from the Alberton office.

Pay: R10 000,00 - R16 069,48 per month
