Receptionist
We are seeking a professional, organised, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in creating a positive first impression for clients and visitors while providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally.
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails, courier services, and general correspondence.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain office calendars.
- Maintain an organised reception area and ensure a professional office environment at all times.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, photocopying, printing, and document management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as required.
- Maintain accurate records and update company databases.
- Order and monitor office supplies, stationery, and refreshments, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and data capturing where required.
- Support management and other departments with administrative tasks and special projects.
- Handle client enquiries and resolve routine issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Ensure all confidential information is handled with discretion and professionalism.
Minimum Requirements
- Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and telephone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and perform well under pressure.
- Friendly, positive, and customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Salary
Salary: R4,500 – R7,000 per month, depending on qualifications, relevant skills, and experience.
