About the Role

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Client Relationship Manager to join the ExpandMyFans team. You'll own a pod of 10–15 creators, acting as their main point of contact while working closely with our Creative, Instagram, and OnlyFans operations teams to grow their accounts and revenue.

This is a client-facing, data-driven role. You'll be as comfortable coaching a creator on a Monday call as you are digging into funnel metrics on a Saturday morning.

What You'll Do

Run weekly calls with each creator in your pod to review performance, deliver feedback, and align on the week ahead
Send midweek Loom video updates covering content feedback, compliance notes, and any changes to their plan
Respond to creator messages during working hours
Handle escalations using structured problem-solving — you come with context, options, and a recommendation

What We're Looking For

Strong communication skills — you can deliver constructive feedback to creators clearly and without drama
Comfort working with data — you don't need to be an analyst, but you need to know what the numbers are telling you
Highly organised and process-driven — this role runs on systems, and you need to respect them
Proactive follow-through — you don't wait to be chased, you close the loop
Experience in creator management, talent management, social media, or a related field is a plus
Familiarity with Instagram, Airtable, Notion, Looker Studio, or similar tools is an advantage

Pay: R20 000,00 - R30 000,00 per month
