Duties and Responsibilities

What you'll do

As a Sales Intern, you will:

Lead Management

Review new enquiries + Cases
Check for duplicate records in Dynamics

CRM Data Quality

Identify missing fields
Correct programme and campus selections (Misalignment Report)

Applicant Follow-Up

Contact leads and Opportunities who have:
Been Disqualified
Opportunities set to Lost

WhatsApp & Digital Channel Support

Monitor incoming Wati enquiries
Route enquiries to the correct consultant
Identify common applicant questions

Competitor & Market Research

Monitor competitor programmes and fees
Track marketing campaigns

Reporting & Analytics

Weekly:

Application volumes
Consultant activity levels

Sales Campaign Support

Assist with:

Open Days

Process Improvement

Document sales processes
Create quick-reference guides

Meeting Attendance

Attend assigned meetings
Appointed minute taker
Follow up on tasks assigned and due
