As a Sales Intern, you will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands-on exposure to student recruitment, school engagement, lead generation, event coordination, and customer relationship management.
A completed qualification in one of the following fields:
- Marketing
- Business Management
- Sales
- Public Relations
- Communications
- Commerce
- Or a related field
As a Sales Intern, you will:
Lead Management
- Review new enquiries + Cases
- Check for duplicate records in Dynamics
CRM Data Quality
- Identify missing fields
- Correct programme and campus selections (Misalignment Report)
Applicant Follow-Up
- Contact leads and Opportunities who have:
- Been Disqualified
- Opportunities set to Lost
WhatsApp & Digital Channel Support
- Monitor incoming Wati enquiries
- Route enquiries to the correct consultant
- Identify common applicant questions
Competitor & Market Research
- Monitor competitor programmes and fees
- Track marketing campaigns
Reporting & Analytics
Weekly:
- Application volumes
- Consultant activity levels
Sales Campaign Support
Assist with:
Process Improvement
- Document sales processes
- Create quick-reference guides
Meeting Attendance
- Attend assigned meetings
- Appointed minute taker
- Follow up on tasks assigned and due
