Great place to work,pay is above average and management are very helpful when there's a situation with personal matters.So no complain, love working here.Lads are respectful and they are good grafters.Company has got all the good gears and are involved in major infrastructure projects. I'm hoping to stay with Balfour Beatty as long as I possibly can.

I like the work place my team are helpful. My job is important and can be stressful but it is great. I get along with my colleagues who are helpful and encouraging. 

My job has helped me develop my patience, skills,communication and attention to detail. 

The hardest part about the job is meeting the deadline but I manage.

Fun Workplace. The only bad side is you must be friends with your superiors and Presidents to get a promotion.  Besides that and if you do not care much about the money they do pay pretty good and benefits are OK. If you get a job here immediately start sucking up to the superiors and you will be okay. 

The day starts with site inductions checking the relevant paperwork And the RAMS showing the site rule ETC then the on site checks to make sure everyone is working safely and wearing the correct  PPE for the job they are doing giving advice where needed

An extremely great experience with working for balfour beatty, heathrow terminal T2B project. Lovely company to work for, looking to do some more work with them in the not so distant future

A progressive company that is highly recommended for competitive people. Bosses in the Administration office are considerate and performing their job very well.

Great company everyone is friendly loves to help achieve your goals motivates you to do your best great hr team always checking in and updating everyone about everything 

Great starting point for this industry. Learned conventional and military housing. Had fun with resident events. Large team environment. Community manager was cool.

Would recommend. People were very nice. Lots stable work. People were nice. Good people. Nice coworkers. Friends that I have for a life time. Would say to work there.

this was general labouring but i got involved with most of the trades men. I learned a lot about health and safety. and how to do things properly on site.
