Job description
To further expand our business activities and achieve our ambitious growth targets, we are looking for an above-average customer and success-oriented Sales Professional for KZN – South Africa.
Your Tasks
- Identify, establish, develop and close businesses while exceeding sales targets and objectives by developing customer relationships and closing business opportunities within targeted accounts
- Business development support to new and existing distributors including business reviews and planning
- Maintaining high level, executive contact with accounts, focusing on the establishment and maintenance of strategic relationships
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions and concepts based on Brady products
- Schedule client visits and product demonstrations
- Conduct trade activities independently and together with the distributors and team members
- Document all customer and distributor activity in CRM system Salesforce
Profile
- You have 10 years of sales experience in B2B field sales and a bachelor’s degree in sales or business is an advantage
- You have strong business acumen in various sectors
- You are a strong communicator, negotiate confidently and retain customers in the long term
- You are enthusiastic about technical products and have a good general technical understanding
- You work and organize yourself independently and are a real team player
- You are a motivated, customer-oriented personality for whom flexibility is a matter of course
- With your confident and skillful manner, you also build customer relationships at management level
- You have very good English language skills; Afrikaans language skills are also beneficial
- You are willing to travel extensively, staying 1-3 nights a week
