Home Based List Builder (Expert in Sales Navigator and Advanced Spreadsheet Formulas)

- Full Shift Remote
- Full Time. Shift: 4PM - 12AM SAST or 5PM - 1AM SAST
- Minimum internet speed requirement is 50 MBPS (with back up)
- Has a designated quiet workspace at home

Responsibilities
- List Building: Identify and research potential clients using various methods. Generate email, direct contact number and other lead details using Sales Navigator with manual research, .
- List Segmentation: Categorize leads into segments based on criteria such as industry, company size, and geographic location.
- Data Validation: Regularly validate and update lead information to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Collaboration: Closely collaborate with the involved teams by providing insights and recommendations to improve data collection and processing methods. Work together to strategize and optimize the lead generation and qualification process.
- Reporting: Utilizes tools such as pivot tables to summarize data, identify the most common industries and job titles within a list, and detect gaps in provided data sets. Creates, generates, and analyzes additional reports as needed to support list-building efforts. (Preferred)
- Analysis: Reviews data for accuracy by identifying and correcting erroneous values. Detects issues within provided lists such as missing information, incorrect mappings, and other data inconsistencies.
- Admin: Complete administrative tasks and collaborate with team members to share and learn from best practices.
- Deliver a target number of leads per week
- Send EOD reports of all the numbers of leads found, items done, ongoing, and roadblocks
- Deep to Expert in the following: Data cleaning, analysis and knowledge of databases and spreadsheets, including Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (REQUIRED)
- Engage in day-to-day communication with internal team through various channels such as emails, web-based comms platforms, etc
- Organizing and monitoring task timelines and ensure that deadlines are met
- Aid in resolving data quality problems
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2 years of experience in enrichment, list building, list cleaning or a related field
- Strong MS Excel and Spreadsheet proficiency with the ability to do advanced functions (Ex: VLOOKUP, ARRAYFORMULA, PIVOT TABLE), filters, functions and shortcuts - REQUIRED)
- Detail-oriented and proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Solution-oriented
- Knowledge of any CRM platforms will be prioritized (ex. Salesforce)
- Knowledge of building Lists using Linkedin Sales Navigator will be prioritized
- Can create data analysis (Preferred)
- Knowledge of using Productivity Tools (ex. Monday) (Preferred, not required)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance multiple tasks with competing priorities
- Coachability and a willingness to receive and implement feedback.
