As we continue to expand across the UK, Europe, Africa, and international markets, we are looking for a highly organised and proactive Virtual Assistant (VA) to provide administrative, operational, and executive support across the business.
The Opportunity
As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of Lamqora's operations. You will support leadership and internal teams by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling communications, maintaining records, assisting with recruitment administration, and completing a wide range of administrative tasks.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple priorities while working independently in a remote environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple time zones.
- Prepare meeting agendas and record meeting minutes.
- Organise travel arrangements where required.
- Manage executive email inboxes and prioritise correspondence.
Administrative Support
- Prepare business documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Maintain organised digital filing systems.
- Update company records and internal databases.
- Draft professional emails and business communications.
- Assist with document formatting and proofreading.
Recruitment Support
- Schedule candidate interviews.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation.
- Update candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate interview feedback and recruitment administration.
CRM & Data Management
- Maintain accurate client, candidate, and prospect records in HubSpot CRM.
- Update contacts, companies, deals, and activity logs.
- Perform regular CRM data quality checks.
- Generate reports and dashboards for management.
Customer & Client Support
- Respond to routine client and candidate enquiries.
- Direct enquiries to the appropriate department.
- Coordinate follow-ups and appointments.
- Assist with onboarding activities for new clients.
Project Coordination
- Support internal business projects and operational initiatives.
- Track project deadlines and follow up on outstanding actions.
- Assist with event planning, webinars, and company meetings.
- Coordinate tasks between departments to ensure timely completion.
Research & Reporting
- Conduct online research into companies, industries, and market trends.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Compile operational and performance data for leadership.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative efficiency.

Required Experience
- 2–4 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Operations Support professional.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
