Real Estate Intern

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious and motivated Real Estate Intern to join our growing team in Potchefstroom.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to gain practical experience in the real estate industry, learn from experienced professionals and develop the skills needed to build a successful career in property.

As a Real Estate Intern, you will receive hands-on exposure to property sales, marketing, client communication, administration and lead generation while working alongside our team.

Key Responsibilities

Assist agents with daily real estate activities.
Assist with property listings, marketing and advertising.
Help prepare property information and marketing materials.
Assist with property viewings and open houses.
Communicate professionally with prospective buyers and sellers.
Assist with lead generation, prospecting and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate client and property information.
Assist with social media and digital property marketing.
Conduct basic market research and monitor local property trends.
Assist with administrative and office duties.
Learn and follow real estate processes, systems and best practices.
Provide professional and friendly service to clients.
