This programme is designed to provide workplace exposure, industry knowledge and professional development within a fast-paced FMCG environment. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience within the Finance department while developing an understanding of financial reporting, cost management, budgeting, and operational finance within a manufacturing environment.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor of Commerce in Management Accounting (Compulsory)

Computer literate in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
Ability to work independently and within a team
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
