East Rand Bulk, an accredited fuel transportation company is currently seeking a mature, vibrant, and energetic individual to join our team as a Depot manager.
Main purpose of this position:
A depot manager within the fuel industry is responsible for managing the daily depot activities. This includes managing fuel, stock and deliveries coming in and out, storage and warehousing activities, overseeing depot staff and monitoring stock levels to ensure all requirements and orders can be met.
Interested candidates must have/meet the following minimum qualifications/traits:
· Minimum qualification of matric. (Preferential tertiary in Business and leadership)
· Knowledge of related policies, procedures, and legislation including resource management for the fuel industry.
· Minimum 5 years BVO experience (Recruitment to Exit.)
· Good knowledge of recruitment and disciplinary processes.
· Must be able to effectively lead a diverse group of individuals and hold full responsibility for all activities.
· Must be able to keep good records & working relationships with suppliers and customers.
· Must have good knowledge of Trucks and Fuel Tankers in terms of spares and running needs.
· Must Be quick thinking and able to work under pressure.
· Computer literacy is a necessity.
· Must have Forward Planning, organizing, controlling and decision-making skills.
· Must possess, conflict management, dispute resolution and/or harmonious work environment skills.
· Experience in the Transport industry and Road Traffic ACT.
· Must have at least 3-5 years minimum experience in a similar position.

· Complete understanding of Logistics and Fuel Transportation.

Pay: R30 000,00 - R35 000,00 per month
