What You'll Be Doing
Are you passionate about connecting great people with meaningful careers? In this role, you'll support high-volume recruitment for customer experience and contact centre roles across multiple client programmes. You'll play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from application through to onboarding.
You'll partner closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to meet recruiting targets and deliver against business hiring objectives. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews, conducting reference and background checks, facilitating pre-employment requirements, and managing the recruitment process through to offer acceptance.
You'll also champion TTEC's employer brand by building relationships within the local community, attending recruitment events, and identifying new sourcing opportunities to attract diverse, high-quality talent.
You'll report to the Talent Acquisition Manager – Africa. In this role, your recruitment initiatives will directly contribute to the growth and success of the business.
During a Typical Day, You'll
- Serve as a TTEC brand ambassador throughout the candidate journey, delivering an outstanding and inclusive candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, hiring priorities, and recruitment timelines.
- Consistently achieve assigned recruiting targets, including daily, weekly, and monthly hiring goals.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, employee referrals, community partnerships, career fairs, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates against client and role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct reference checks, background checks, and facilitate all pre-employment requirements.
- Ensure accurate candidate records are maintained within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, identify opportunities for process improvement, and provide regular recruitment updates to stakeholders.
- Understand key business objectives, client requirements, service level agreements, and recruitment priorities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
- Continuously improve key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction.
- Develop and manage an efficient recruitment schedule to screen, interview, and process a high volume of candidates each week.
- Foster an inclusive recruitment process that supports TTEC's commitment to diversity and equal opportunity.
What You Bring to the Role
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in full-cycle or high-volume recruitment, preferably within a BPO, contact centre, or fast-paced operational environment.
- Proven ability to interview and assess candidates for performance, skills, and cultural fit.
- Experience sourcing candidates across multiple recruitment channels.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management tools.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while meeting ambitious recruitment goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence and coach others through collaboration and professional expertise.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality throughout the recruitment process.
