The HR Administrator will provide administrative and coordination support to the HR team, with a primary focus on recruitment operations. The role is responsible for ensuring smooth execution of hiring processes and supporting day-to-day HR administrative activities across the employee lifecycle.
- A tertiary qualification (Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration etc) in a related field
- A minimum of 1 years experience in an HR or recruitment administration role
- Internship or graduate programme experience in HR will be advantageous but not required.
- Recruitment Administration & Coordination
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics and outcomes
- Maintain and update candidate records on the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Ad hoc support for onboarding processes for new hires, including document gathering and induction coordination
- HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding administration processes
- Prepare HR-related documentation (e.g. letters, confirmation of employment)
- Assist with employee benefits administration
- General HR Support
- Respond to employee queries on HR policies and procedures
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects
- Ensure HR documentation and filing systems are well-organised and up to date
- Assist with reporting and HR metrics tracking (e.g. recruitment stats, headcount)
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information at all time
