About the Role
As our Marketing & Content Coordinator, you'll be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content that reflects the Charles Hope brand. You'll support marketing campaigns that drive bookings and strengthen our brand visibility across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Design graphics for social media, newsletters, presentations, advertisements, and internal communications.
- Produce photography and short-form video content across our apartments and teams.
- Write compelling copy for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing channels.
Social Media Management
- Manage the content calendar and schedule social media posts.
- Monitor engagement and respond to community interactions where appropriate.
- Track performance using social media analytics and recommend improvements.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and hospitality content.
Marketing Support
- Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Support the promotion of new apartment launches, seasonal offers, and company initiatives.
- Coordinate promotional materials for events, partnerships, and recruitment campaigns.
- Assist with employer branding initiatives and careers marketing.
Brand & Communications
- Ensure all marketing materials align with Charles Hope's brand standards.
- Create internal newsletters and company announcements.
- Support PR opportunities and corporate communications where required.
What We're Looking For
- A qualification in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred).
- A minimum of three years' experience in hospitality marketing, content creation, or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong graphic design skills using Canva (essential). Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe InDesign, is advantageous.
- Experience managing business social media accounts.
- Photography and basic videography skills.
- Basic video editing experience using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- A good understanding of social media trends and digital marketing.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A positive attitude, creative mindset, and willingness to learn.
Bonus Skills
- Experience using Meta Business Suite, TikTok, or similar social media management platforms.
