Minimum Requirements

Matric / Grade 12
Certificate / Diploma in Office Management, Client relations or equivalent
Previous experience in the automotive industry preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Fluency in Afrikaans and English (written and spoken)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Proficient in computer applications and software
Clear criminal record

Duties and Responsibilities

Manage and screen incoming calls and queries
Welcome guests and direct dealership flow
Record and relay messages accurately
Maintain directories, schedules, and dealership lists
Handle correspondence and general administration
Support with ad-hoc tasks as needed
Uphold health and safety standards
