Location: Denlee, Germiston
Property Type: High-Rise Residential Apartment Building

Reports To: Security Supervisor

About the Position

We are seeking professional, reliable, and customer-focused Security Guards to join our in-house security team. Successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of residents, visitors, staff, contractors, and the property while delivering a high standard of customer service within a high-rise residential environment.

Minimum Requirements

Valid PSIRA Grade C registration (minimum requirement).
Grade 12 (Matric).
Minimum 2 years' security experience.
Clear criminal record.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Physically fit and professionally presented.
Reliable, honest, and able to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

Control access for residents, visitors, contractors, and deliveries.
Conduct routine patrols of the property.
Monitor CCTV and respond to security incidents.
Complete security registers and incident reports accurately.
Enforce the Conduct Rules and security procedures.
Report security risks, maintenance issues, and incidents to the Security Supervisor.
Assist during emergencies and follow all security procedures.
Provide professional and courteous service to residents and visitors.

Salary

Will be in accordance with the applicable PSIRA rates.
