Fresh Earth Gluten‑Free Bake House is expanding and we’re looking for a high‑accuracy, retail‑experienced Debtors Clerk & Office Administrator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced FMCG/retail supply environment, understands the demands of big retailers, and can keep our financial and administrative operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Full debtors function: invoicing, statements, reconciliations, credit control, and following up on outstanding accounts
Managing accounts for major retailers (Checkers, Pick n Pay, Spar, Dis‑Chem, etc.)
Processing orders, PODs, GRVs, and resolving account queries quickly and professionally
Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting month‑end processes
General office administration: filing, data capture, supplier communication, stock admin support
Coordinating with production, dispatch, and sales teams to ensure smooth daily operations
Assisting management with ad‑hoc admin and reporting tasks

Minimum Requirements

Proven experience working with big retailers (non‑negotiable)
Sage Accounting / Sage Evolution experience (non‑negotiable)
Strong understanding of FMCG or food manufacturing environments
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
Own reliable car and valid driver’s licence
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Professional, calm, and solutions‑driven personality
Min 3 Years debtors clerk experience
