As we expand our pipeline, we are looking for well-connected Independent Sales Partners and Lead Finders to introduce our firm to companies planning office relocations, expansions, or major spatial refurbishments.
The Opportunity
This is a pure Lead Generation / Referral role. You do not need to pitch designs, prepare technical quotes, or manage projects. Your sole responsibility is to open the boardroom door and connect us with corporate decision-makers who have a live or upcoming office fit-out requirement. Once the introduction is made, our expert design and project management team takes over to pitch and close the deal.
What You Will Do
-Leverage your existing corporate network, B2B relationships, or industry insights to identify companies looking to move, scale up, downsize, or renovate their commercial spaces.-Formally introduce our firm to key decision-makers (CEOs, CFOs, Operations Directors, Facilities Managers).
-Register qualified leads through our simple, transparent written protocol to secure your commission protection.
Who You Are
This role is ideal for highly networked individuals who are already operating in the corporate B2B space and want to add a secondary revenue stream to their existing portfolio.
We are looking for:
Connected B2B sales hunters, commercial property brokers, or corporate service executives with an established network of decision-makers.
