- Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to the line manager and the team, ensuring preparedness for daily activities and strategic initiatives.
- Monitor and assist in managing the team's budget by tracking expenses, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records for reporting purposes.
- Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and facilitating collaboration across departments.
- Maintain and organise essential documents, presentations, and reports with stringent version control and confidentiality measures in place.
