Full Job Description

We seeking a reliable and organised Social Media & Content Coordinator to support a multi-brand entrepreneur in the day-to-day management of social media content across multiple ventures. This is a coordination and execution role not a content creation role. The successful candidate will work closely with the principal to plan, schedule, and publish content consistently across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain a monthly content calendar across multiple social media platforms.

Attend regular ideation sessions to help develop and structure content ideas into a actionable posting plan Publish content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook according to the agreed schedule.

Monitor post performance and provide basic reporting on engagement Coordinate across multiple brands under one personal brand umbrella.

Ensure deadlines are met and the posting schedule runs smoothly Requirements Based in Pretoria North (non-negotiable)

Solid working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook Strong organisational and time management skills Good communication skills, written and verbal Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently

Previous experience managing or supporting social media accounts is advantageous but not required.

A portfolio or examples of past work will be beneficial

Compensation & Growth

Monthly stipend of R3,000 Earnings have the potential to increase as output and results grow.
