Full Job Description

We are seeking a skilled PVC Inflatable Manufacturing Boat Repair man to join our busy production floor. You will be responsible for creating high-quality, heavy-duty industrial PVC fabric products and repairing boats and inflatables. This role requires hands-on technical expertise in manual fabrication WITH A HEATGUN AND GLUE. Experience on inflatable boat repairs is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

⁠⁠Layout, measure, and cut heavy-gauge PVC tarpaulin materials accurately based on design templates and technical drawings.

⁠ ⁠Highly Advantageous Skill:

Thermal Welding: Set up, calibrate, and operate industrial hot-air welding machinery and hand-held heat guns to create airtight, watertight seams.

⁠ ⁠Adhesive Assembly:

Chemically fuse PVC tarpaulin panels together using specialized industrial PVC glue

⁠ ⁠Product Manufacturing:

Build diverse products including vehicle custom covers, truck side curtains, industrial tarps, and heavy-duty liners.

Job Requirements

⁠ ⁠Industry Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in a dedicated PVC industrial canvas manufacturing shop and inflatable repairs.
⁠ ⁠Technical Skillset: Demonstrated mastery in using hand-held heat guns, PVC adhesives
⁠ ⁠Blueprint Literacy: Ability to read measurements, use design diagrams, and calculate fabric optimization with minimal waste.
⁠ ⁠HIGHLY ADVANTAGEOUS - automatic hot-air welding equipment OPERATOR
