Full Job Description

Ecopanel is looking for an experienced and driven Construction Project Manager to join our growing team. If you have a proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects and are passionate about quality, safety, and excellence, we'd like to hear from you.

Minimum Requirements

Registered Project Manager with SACPCMP.
Minimum 7 years' experience in construction project management.
Registered Construction Health and Safety Officer (CHSO) with SACPCMP.
Minimum 7 years' experience in construction health and safety.
Strong knowledge of construction planning, project execution, budgeting, and contract management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, contractors, and site teams.
Valid driver's licence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead construction projects from planning through to completion.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Coordinate contractors, consultants, suppliers, and site personnel.
Monitor project schedules, costs, and progress.
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.
Prepare progress reports and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate project risks while driving continuous improvement.
