Ecopanel is looking for an experienced and driven Construction Project Manager to join our growing team. If you have a proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects and are passionate about quality, safety, and excellence, we'd like to hear from you.
Minimum Requirements
- Registered Project Manager with SACPCMP.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in construction project management.
- Registered Construction Health and Safety Officer (CHSO) with SACPCMP.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in construction health and safety.
- Strong knowledge of construction planning, project execution, budgeting, and contract management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, contractors, and site teams.
- Valid driver's licence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead construction projects from planning through to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Coordinate contractors, consultants, suppliers, and site personnel.
- Monitor project schedules, costs, and progress.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare progress reports and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while driving continuous improvement.
