We're looking for an Account Manager to own client relationships and internal team coordination at a fast-moving B2B GTM content studio. You will lead weekly client syncs, manage the internal team's weekly deliverables, and serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the production side of the business.
This is a client-facing, coordination-heavy role. You need to communicate with confidence, keep multiple accounts and internal workstreams organized simultaneously, and make sure nothing slips between client expectations and team execution. If you are a strong communicator, highly organized, and comfortable running client meetings and managing a team's weekly output without losing quality or momentum, this role is a strong fit.

What You'll Work On
Client Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of B2B client accounts

Lead weekly client sync calls with confidence, clear agendas, and structured follow-ups

Manage client expectations around deliverables, timelines, and program performance

Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders and maintain a high level of client satisfaction

Surface client feedback, concerns, and opportunities to the internal team proactively
Internal Team Coordination

Manage the internal team's weekly task list and ensure all deliverables are on track before client deadlines

Coordinate across content, strategy, and production team members to keep weekly output moving without bottlenecks

Flag delays, dependencies, or quality issues early and resolve them before they reach the client

Maintain clear documentation of client requirements, project status, and open action items
Reporting and Communication

Prepare weekly status updates and program performance summaries for client review

Translate internal progress into clear, client-friendly communication that builds confidence

Keep all client records, meeting notes, and deliverable trackers organized and current

Communicate clearly and professionally in all written and verbal interactions with clients and internal team members
What You Bring

Proven experience in account management, client success, or project management in a B2B services or agency environment

Strong spoken and written English communication skills with the confidence to lead client meetings and represent the business professionally

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and internal workstreams simultaneously without losing track of details

Comfortable coordinating a team's weekly output and holding people accountable to deadlines

Proactive communicator who surfaces issues early rather than waiting for problems to escalate

Self-directed and reliable in a fully remote environment

Experience in a content marketing, GTM, or B2B agency environment

Familiarity with LinkedIn content programs, SEO, or AI search optimization

Background managing client relationships for venture-backed or high-growth startup clients
