Summary:
As part of a team of experienced problem solvers, you will support the design and delivery of enterprise-wide strategy and transformation programmes, helping clients solve complex business challenges through the development of powerful, data driven strategies, operating models and business architecture that harness internal and external capabilities, and supporting clients with the adoption of change to realise tangible benefits.
Qualifications /Certifications required:
- QF Level 7 and above (ZA)
- Ideally an industry recognised project or programme management qualification (e.g., Prince2 / MSP etc.)
Experience required:
It’s unlikely that any one candidate will possess all of the skill sets and experience this role might require, but we are looking for candidates who bring a combination of the below capabilities, and be able to demonstrate where they have applied these to drive tangible outcomes:
- Experience of supporting delivery of transformation programmes; industry agnostic.
- Experience in strategy development, or supporting clients with strategic planning
- Design and implementation of operating models or business architecture
- Experience in project; ideally in a change or transformation environment, including such capabilities creation of plans and RAIDD management.
- Experience in business analysis, transformation communications & liaising with stakeholders, and engagement change monitoring.
- Experience in change management techniques
- Experience in working with teams in interpreting clients’ strategic, operational, and external drivers for change into coherent and logic recommendations.
- Experience in creating high quality visual outputs to communicate status, progress, business analysis outputs, and recommendations to clients.
- Experience in research and creating compelling data analysis
- Consulting experience advantageous
Responsibilities of role:
The successful applicant will be working alongside teams in the UK to deliver outcomes for clients using their capabilities and experience. Each project of client need will be different, and the responsibilities below are meant as a guide:
Operating Model Design & Business Architecture
- Design and develop business architecture and operating models aligned to client objectives and transformation goals.
- Analyse data and generate actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure alignment and integration of key operating model components across functions and teams.
- Apply industry best practices and continuously improve methodologies for operating model design.
Transformation Delivery & Project Support
- Support the delivery team with large-scale, technology-enabled transformation programmes, particularly within the public sector.
- Contribute to implementation planning, execution, and embedding of transformation initiatives.
- Apply project and programme management disciplines, including:
o Risk and issue management
o Progress tracking and reporting
o Financial monitoring o Input into implementation planning
- Ensure safe and effective delivery of client engagements.
Stakeholder & Change Management
- Engage and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation.
- Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive change management activities to support adoption of new ways of working.
Data Analysis, Reporting & Tools
- Use analytical tools and techniques (e.g., Power BI, Excel, Google Sheets, presentations) to perform analysis and reporting.
- Translate data and concepts into clear, high-quality visual and client-ready deliverables.
Team Development & Capability Building
- Contribute to the growth of the Enterprise Transformation team by providing input and developing tools, frameworks, and approaches.
- Support the evolution of multi-specialist capabilities to deliver improved outcomes for clients. Innovation & Continuous Learning

- Understanding of transformation opportunities and what the general factors to be considered while conducting complex transformation programmes are.

- Experience in conducting business analysis and developing requirements across process, people, organisation, operations, and technology and information
- Ability to articulate the business benefits of transformations and articulate the case for change.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create client recommendations and outputs with concise, clear, and coherent messaging
- Fluency in O365 tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc)
