Full Job Description

Sales Assistant/ front desk co ordinator

Location: Sunninghill South Africa

Role Overview:

Silhouette aesthetic clinic is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant / front desk coordinator to support daily sales operations and help deliver an outstanding experience to clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a collaborative environment and working in an aesthetic / medical field and is eager to contribute to the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and engage customers, offering guidance on products and services
Address all administrative and operational tasks
Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems
Direct contact with customers and offer telephone and email query support with outstanding ability
Handle customer inquiries and escalate issues when necessary
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory coordination
Contribute to meeting sales goals through consistent service and product knowledge
Collaborate with team members to improve sales processes and customer experience

Required Qualifications

Previous experience in sales support, retail, or customer service will be an advantage
Have a passed matric or NQF level 4
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work on-site in Sunninghill
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong computer literacy
Well presented and speaks very fluent English
Multi tasker
Must be willing to engage clients from an aesthetic and medical background

Growth and Development

In this role, you will gain exposure to a wide range of sales and marketing activities, with opportunities to expand your skills, take on more responsibility, and grow within a dynamic and supportive team. You will work closely with experienced drs .

Job Type: Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: R8 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month

Sunninghill, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

Certificate (Preferred)

Experience:

Aesthetic / somatology / medical environment : 1 year (Preferred)
Sales / admin experience in a medical or related environment : 1 year (Preferred)
Sales /admin / reception : 1 year (Preferred)
Aesthetic / medical / related environment : 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

Fluent written and verbal English (Preferred)
English (Preferred)

License/Certification:

Sales / admin experienced (Required)

Location:

Sunninghill, Gauteng (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

25% (Preferred)
