We are looking for an outgoing and professional Showroom Coordinator to join our team in Boksburg. This is an entry-level position with growth potential for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organised, and handling a variety of administrative tasks.
No previous experience is required — personality, communication skills, and willingness to learn are most important.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist walk-in customers
- Manage WhatsApp and email enquiries
- Create and update customer contacts on the CRM system
- Assign leads and enquiries to the relevant sales staff
- Keep the CRM system updated with accurate customer information
- Keep the showroom presentable and welcoming
- Assist with general administrative duties

Working Hours
