Overall Purpose of the Job:
Change & Adoption Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating change management, communication, stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption activities.
The role focuses on supporting the successful transition of employees, managers, P&C teams, and business stakeholders to new ways of working resulting from Employee Central redesign initiatives, process standardisation, digital transformation, and future SAP SuccessFactors module deployments.
The incumbent will work closely with project teams, P&C stakeholders, system specialists, business representatives, and leadership to drive adoption, minimise resistance, improve readiness, and embed sustainable behavioural and process change across the organisation.
The role requires a highly hands-on and operationally focused change practitioner with strong experience in enterprise system implementation change management, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, training coordination, and organisational adoption activities.
Responsibilities for this Position:
Change Strategy & Readiness:

Develop and execute change management plans aligned to the SAP SuccessFactors redesign programme and future module implementations.

Conduct change impact assessments to identify business, process, role, and behavioural impacts.

Assess organisational readiness and adoption risks across impacted stakeholder groups.
-
Develop stakeholder engagement strategies and change intervention plans.
-
Support business transition activities relating to process redesign and digital transformation.
-
Identify resistance points and develop mitigation plans to improve adoption outcomes.

Ensure change activities align with project timelines, deployment activities, and business readiness requirements.

Support the integration of change activities across multiple P&C transformation workstreams.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:

Develop and execute communication strategies supporting SAP SuccessFactors redesign and implementation activities.

Create targeted communication plans for employees, managers, P&C teams, executives, and project stakeholders.

Develop communication content including presentations, guides, FAQs, newsletters, training collateral, and awareness campaigns.

Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions, workshops, roadshows, and change forums.

Build strong relationships with project sponsors, P&C teams, business stakeholders, and system SMEs.

Support leadership alignment and sponsorship activities.

Monitor stakeholder sentiment and escalate risks or resistance where required.

Ensure communication messaging is clear, practical, and aligned to business impacts.
Training & Adoption Enablement:

Coordinate end-user training activities for initiatives and future modules.

Work with project teams and SMEs to identify training requirements and impacted user groups.

Develop training approaches and adoption support activities.
-
Ensure fit for purpose of the of user guides, process documentation, quick reference guides, and digital learning material.

Coordinate training schedules, attendance tracking, and training feedback processes.

Support managers and P&C teams during transition periods to improve adoption and behavioural change.

Assist with post-go-live hyper care and user support activities.

Monitor training effectiveness and adoption outcomes.
Change Execution, Monitoring & Reinforcement:

Track and report on change adoption progress, readiness levels, risks, and stakeholder engagement activities.

Monitor adoption challenges and identify intervention opportunities.
-
Support business readiness reviews and deployment readiness checkpoints.
-
Coordinate change activities across project workstreams and business teams.
-
Develop reinforcement activities to sustain behavioural and process change.
-
Maintain change documentation, stakeholder logs, communication trackers, and readiness assessments.

Support lessons learned and continuous improvement activities across the programme.

Assist with embedding standardised ways of working across P&C and business processes.
