Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Bubble Tea Baristas to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing drinks to brand standards, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers, take orders, and provide friendly service
Prepare bubble tea and toppings according to standard recipes
Customize drinks based on customer preferences
Operate POS and equipment (sealer, blender, etc.)
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
Restock supplies and assist with opening/closing duties
Work efficiently as part of a team during busy periods

Requirements & Qualifications

Previous barista/retail experience advantageous (training provided)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts (weekends & holidays)
Basic numeracy and cash-handling skills
Willingness to learn and a passion for beverages and customer experience
