Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Bubble Tea Baristas to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing drinks to brand standards, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers, take orders, and provide friendly service
- Prepare bubble tea and toppings according to standard recipes
- Customize drinks based on customer preferences
- Operate POS and equipment (sealer, blender, etc.)
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Restock supplies and assist with opening/closing duties
- Work efficiently as part of a team during busy periods
Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous barista/retail experience advantageous (training provided)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts (weekends & holidays)
- Basic numeracy and cash-handling skills
- Willingness to learn and a passion for beverages and customer experience
