ADMIN ASSISTANT

Location: Pietermaritzburg
Job Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our day-to-day office operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, accurate, eager to learn, and comfortable interacting with customers.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and process quotations, invoices, and related documentation
General office administration, filing, scanning, and document control
Answer telephone and email enquiries
Assist customers with basic product enquiries and sales support
Follow up on quotations and customer orders
Assist with stock counts and maintaining accurate stock records
Capture and maintain data on SAP
Provide general administrative support to management

Minimum Requirements

Matric (Grade 12)
At least 1 year of office administration experience
Good computer skills (Excel, Word, and Email)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and customer service skills
Must live in Pietermaritzburg
Contactable references

Advantageous

SAP experience
Experience with invoicing or accounting software
Previous experience in a wholesale, retail, or office environment
