ADMIN ASSISTANT

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our day-to-day office operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, accurate, eager to learn, and comfortable interacting with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process quotations, invoices, and related documentation
- General office administration, filing, scanning, and document control
- Answer telephone and email enquiries
- Assist customers with basic product enquiries and sales support
- Follow up on quotations and customer orders
- Assist with stock counts and maintaining accurate stock records
- Capture and maintain data on SAP
- Provide general administrative support to management
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- At least 1 year of office administration experience
- Good computer skills (Excel, Word, and Email)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Must live in Pietermaritzburg
- Contactable references
Advantageous
- SAP experience
- Experience with invoicing or accounting software
- Previous experience in a wholesale, retail, or office environment
