We operate globally, selling into the UK, Ireland, UAE, and the US, and we are building a high-performance remote sales team to support the next stage of scale.

The Role
This is a senior closing role focused purely on converting warm prospects into clients.
You will be provided with:
- Qualified sales calls Dedicated appointment setters CRM and sales systems Marketing support and lead flow
Your role is to run the call, deliver value, and close the deal.
Key responsibilities include:
- Running Zoom sales calls with qualified prospects Delivering LinkedIn profile audit consultations Identifying growth gaps in the prospect’s marketing and positioning Presenting Sprint solutions clearly and commercially Managing pipeline follow-ups and no-shows Closing new monthly clients Supporting smooth client onboarding
Average deal size: £3,000 (≈ R67,500)
Clients typically invest £400 – £600 per month (≈ R9,000 – R13,500) in Sprint services.
Our Clients
We primarily work with service-based businesses with fewer than 50 employees, including:
- Consultants Agencies Coaches Professional service firms Small business founders
These businesses come to us to improve:
- Lead generation marketing systems operational capacity growth and scale
LinkedIn Audit Based Sales
Around 70% of sales calls begin with a live LinkedIn profile audit.
During the call you will:
- Review a prospect’s LinkedIn profile Identify positioning and lead generation gaps Explain how Sprint’s coaching and VA services solve those issues Convert the consultation into a client relationship
Because of this, candidates must already understand LinkedIn as a business tool.
Requirements include:
- Real experience using LinkedIn for lead generation Understanding of small business marketing on the platform An active LinkedIn profile we can review during the interview
This requirement is non-negotiable.
Performance Expectations
This is a performance-driven role with clear targets.
Sales Target
3 new sales per week (averaged monthly) ≈ 12 new clients per month
Commission Structure
Commission is designed to reward strong performance.
Commission rules
- Commission unlocks once the monthly sales threshold is met 5% commission is paid on deals above the threshold

15 deals - Commission paid on 3 deals
Experience Required
We are only considering candidates who can demonstrate:
- 3+ years B2B sales closing experience within a high volume environment Experience selling services, consulting, coaching, SaaS, or recurring revenue offers A consistent history of hitting sales targets Strong objection handling and value framing Confidence running Zoom or phone discovery calls High energy, ownership mentality, and commercial awareness
Bonus experience:
- Selling virtual assistant services Selling agency services Familiarity with CRM tools (GoHighLevel helpful)
