Role Description

This is a full-time, Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant position located in Germiston. The Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact, responsible for welcoming clients and visitors, answering and directing phone calls, managing appointments, providing assistance to the Group CEO and performing general clerical and administrative tasks. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a professional and organized reception area and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and effective handling of incoming and outgoing calls
Experience in Receptionist Duties and managing a front desk environment
Clerical Skills, including scheduling, data entry, and organizing documents
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members
Customer Service experience with a focus on providing positive client interactions
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Computer Literate in MS Office and Canva (this would be advantageous)

Pay: R6 000,00 - R8 000,00 per month
