Synergy Academy of Excellence is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Skills Development Administrator (SDF) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring full compliance within the Skills Division by overseeing learner registration, enrolment, and certification with relevant SETAs and Quality Assuring Bodies.

As the primary Skills Development Facilitator (SDF), you will manage all SETA-related reporting and submissions while ensuring the effective administration and coordination of skills development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the designated Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) for Synergy Academy of Excellence.
Manage learner registration, enrolment, and certification processes with relevant SETAs and Quality Assuring Bodies.
Prepare and submit Workplace Skills Plans (WSP), Annual Training Reports (ATR), and PIVOTAL reports.
Ensure compliance with all SETA and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate internal and external moderation activities.
Manage and maintain learner and organisational profiles on relevant systems and platforms.
Oversee all administrative functions within the Skills Division.
Provide technical support and assistance on Microsoft Teams.
Maintain accurate records and reporting documentation.
Liaise with stakeholders to ensure efficient programme delivery and compliance.

Minimum Requirements

Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Skills Development, Education, Training, or a related field.
Accredited Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) certification will be advantageous.
2–3 years experience in a skills development, training coordination, or SETA administration role.
Proven experience in skills development administration and SETA compliance.
Strong knowledge of WSP, ATR, PIVOTAL, and SETA reporting requirements.
Experience working with learner management and reporting systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
Excellent administrative, organisational, and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
